VALVE !!! I have a question: Is SteamPowers legal?
I have recommended a website through advertising that you will earn points exchanged for Steam games. And I have a question: The website is legal in any country? If not, in which not? Meets all of the Steam page? You can trade with the "Games" Gift?

My friends say it works and get your games, but I wonder if it is within the law and the policies / rules of Steam.

Steam could ban me if I do?

The fact that the forums wordfilter such URLs should tell you something.

It's nothing but a Scam.

It's probably a smart choice not to trust referral-based third party sites that promise you free games.
