TF2 texture style

Could anyone enlighten me as to how i creat the "TF2 texture style" for models that i plan to submit to the workshop. I have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clue :/

Dont worry, im already aware of resources like that :), but thanks anyways. What im looking for is mainly threads, PSD brushes for tf2 style, and other stuff like that discussing methods on how different people create it. Thanks though
