Team Fortress 2 download reset to zero?

I'm so frustrated right now. The other day it was at 90%, then I had no internet for a coupla' minutes, then the download had reset to zero. What happened?

First maybe not really 0 it may just finsh what it was on... also if you download it before it will jump fast on what you have

Nope, really reset to zero. I was also expecting it to jump to 90 since I still have the game files. Pissed off right now. :(

0% or 0 megabytes? Because 0% is normal. It's always 0% of what's remaining.

I really don't know. It says it finished downloading 600mb out of 6.5gb. Seems like an update because 12gb is the size of the whole game. I am so confused right now.
