Team Fortress Classic was freely bundled with HL1 if memory serves my correct.
But they also have a paid version for those u want it, but don't have Half-Life.
Your profile ultimately has nothing to do with what u have installed. It's an over view of everything u own.
Now some DLCs can come pre-packaged in a "Special Edition" or "Deluxe" version of a game, and thus may not count towards the games counted up in your profile.
If you go to Library > All Games. The ones in White are Installed. The ones in Grey color are owned, but not installed.
I said that my library lists 22 games while my profile only lists 16, now, 5 of the missing games (4 of which are free to play, 1 which has yet to be released) i have not yet finished downloading and since i have no play history/time they dont appear on my profile, however, if my math is correct, that would still leave one unaccountable game, my guess is either Team Fortress or outlast, both appear on the 16 games in my profile but i have never played them, so if my calculations are correct then this may be my issue, thanks to those who commented and appologies for my incompetence, feel free to add more insight on the matter.
