"Multi-user logins" in Big Picture - what is this?

The latest client update said: "Added new multi-user login and create account UIs". I took it to mean you could do like what you can do on consoles and log in to multiple accounts at once, so you can play local co-op in some games and keep track of your stats together. But when I go into Big Picture, I don't see any such thing. What is this referring to?

Wondering the same thing. Only thing I found was the change user menu under the exit options. But I haven't had the chance to play around with that. I'm hoping it will allow 1 account per controller, not sure how its going to handle the saved games though.
