My Steam account has been flagged by Steam Support.
Hi all! I have a problem:

my Steam account is flagged by Steam Support since 26/07/2013. I know it by a "red" message-box at the main Steam window. Here's the message I received:

'Steam Support Alert for el_cs_mocoloni - 26 July 2013

This account has violated the Steam Terms of Service Agreement.

This account has been flagged by Steam Support for violations of the Terms of Service Agreement. Purchasing, gifting, trading, buying and selling items on the Community Market, and cd-key activation have been disabled.

Account functionality has been restricted.

If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact Steam Support so that we can assist you.

More info on this topic is available here: Steam Terms of Service Agreement.'

I don't know why I have this message/"ban" on Steam, I don't have violated any Term of Service, recently I've got a ban on Steam Forums - Webpage by sending a program that can fix the issue of his Graphic Card driver, so I got a ban. After that, I think almost 1 month later, I got a "ban" on my Steam account. I can't buy/gift games, sell/buy items on the Steam Market, activate games by CD-Key or trade with friends. I've reported all this to Steam Support, asking him any reply of the reason, but I still don't see the reason of my "ban". Please, any of Steam Moderators, can you tell me the reason? I need to know it, because I don't want a "ban" with no-reason, please, I beg it you, I never was a bad Steam user/player, I never did a scam to someone (on trade or contacting with me on Steam), I never disrespect someone, & I won't do it on the future, NEVER. Please, I need to know my ban-reason. Thanks.

I already have done this, but they said me that I can submit the issue on 'Support Knowledgebase' & on 'Steam Discussions'.

Then they have told you wrong. If your account has been restricted somehow you need to create a support ticket.

If it has not been restricted and you have virus or some other malicious software giving that message, then the steam discussion could maybe help ...

Upload the picture of the message you get to imageshack or someother site.

I've submitted the issue & uploaded the image (attach), without any links, just to the reply.

They'll get to your ticket soon enough.

Steam Support respond to tickets in the order they are received. The average wait time is between 2-5 working days.
