Is there a toll free number for Steam Support?

LOL yeah I know there is prob not one but after wating over a week becuase of a "Failed to Contact Key Server" error message I had to try something else. Yes I have sent in support tickets ( 1 every day since problem occured). So is there a Steam Support toll free number? According to what i've read and heard I got the error message because Steam apparently ran out of Keys to issue for "The Secret World" but COME ON once they are aware of the issue how long does it take to get more?

This problem that you have, probably related to fallout and others out of serial keys. I bet they didn't contact you because they don't have yet the keys.

Yes GuithernePOA I know they ran out of keys but my god that was over a week ago. I can't believe that it takes this long to get more keys. They obiviously have no idea what CUSTOMER SUPPORT really means :(

Or they just don't have any keys yet.

Muppet the reason I have sent in so many tickets is that I am gettting really pissed at Steam and since they don't have a toll free number so I can actually do something to resolve my problem this is my only recourse. If I could call them I would demand my money back ( yet another thing I know is impossible ) and buy the game from the manufacturer directly.

There is no toll free number. There is a regular number (Google knows it) but it is not directly for Steam support and most of the people/mailboxes won't ever get back to you. The only way to get a real human there is trying 3 digit extensions till you get someone, but they'll just ask for basic info and tell you they'll let Support know.
Total that Steam thinks they can get into the console business when they've yet to get a properly working system, site, and support network for their PC stuff yet. Console users have come to expect quite a bit more (like the ability to enable/disable/uninstall DLCs {especially game breaking or significant game changers}).
Console users also expect near real time support. Till Valve can provide that any attempt at a Steam console will fail.

Every time you create a ticket you get sent to the back of the line, so that's one reason it's taking so long.

Depends on if he is leaving the old tickets open or not. After all, his older tickets if open should still have their line position.

Not true, but multiple tickets slow down the process for everyone else in need for support. So OP's behaviour is part of the problem why support is being slow for everyone.

When I started using steam forums, commnunity, I learn a few things. Among them are this: There are a lot of people with much bigger problems than yours and my, thank god (stolen items, Hijacked Accouns, for start). Even them are getting delayed support.
Now, I see your point and you're right but...it won't change anything to keep posting in this forums, or submiting a lot of tickets.
Relating to the forum, this is a user forum and we can't do anything. Even steam admins don't come here often, probably.
The serials ran out, it is a manufactor problem, believe me. Steam is trying really hard to get the serial for you and a bunch of other people who bought it.
No point in keep posting about this issue here. I hope you get your serials really soon.

Imagine everyone else who is having a similar problem and they're all sending multiple tickets. It only slows down their response since Steam Support has to read all of them. You're making it worse for yourself.

Fine will not send in any more tickets will give it another 3 days then will post results :) HOWEVER I've seen peeps getting replies in 1 or 2 days yet I have been waiting for over a week?
