Don't do this:
This mindless, incomprehensible rabble turns anyone off that would otherwise help you.
Okay, so what games are affected:
The problem:
What we need from you is your computer specs.
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
GTX 660 Ti
8Gb ram
already have they didn't help at all

There you go.
I wouldn't bother with any of these, just install a 2nd OS, boot from that and test it out. If it all works then it means a software issue on your current OS is the issue (driver related, extra processes running like anti-malware etc...)
You'll probably save more time doing it that way.
Do you have another machine you can test the games on? If not, I would consider Dr. Zoidberg's troubleshooting method of peeling off a new partition on your HDD and installing a new copy of Windows on it. If the games work on that partition, then you know you have an issue with your old OS. If they don't, it's probably hardware related.
It's not pretty, but like he said it will be a quick way to narrow down either hardware or software issues.
If you search the Steam forums for that game, the game's official forums, or even just do a google search, you should be able to find some answers.
In your situation I would start by googling "(insert game name here) crash on startup" and take it from there. If you happen to get any kind of error message, write it down and then type that into google.
Also, another good tip that I always do now, is spend a few minutes browsing a game's forums BEFORE I buy it, just to make sure there isn't any game breaking bugs. Especially if its a game that's only just been released.
This this this this and this.
Some of you people need to stop thinking with your wallets and more with your heads.
Then what do you expect to accomplish here? Steam support does not provide support for 3rd party software, and throwing a temper tantrum in the forums here is most definitely not doing you any good.
