Yup.
Go to amend your profile, and amend the showcase for perfect games. It will tell you what games youve perfected. If you dont know what it looks like, I have it up on my profile, so do take a look (its not impressive, mind).
Although, it should be obvious that this is only going to be a remedy if theres more than a few that the window is capable of displaying at once.
As you state youve perfected one game only, thats pretty much it.
Of course, I reiterate what others have said - perfected in this sense refers to games you have earned all achievements on.
If you mean you want to display something else, such as games youve fi ished the campaign on, or performed any other arbitrary goals on, no this is not supported, nor would it likely be, for the obvious reasons that theres nothing uniform in the games to make any sense - I mean, how would you compare completing the campaign on say, far cry, to playing so many hours on csgo?
Impossible to make any comparable sense.
