Art Showcase? :: Help and Tips

Art Showcase?

Just reached level 10 not to long ago and I am curently at level 11. I now have the ability to add a showcase to my profile but out of the list of showcases available, I don't see the art showcase, and I know it exists because my brother is using it and he is curently level 13.
I know that every 10 levels you are granted with another showcase slot but are there certain levels that give you new showcases?

Did you upload at least one artwork? I'm guessing you need to have at least one artwork before being able to use this particular showcase.

Well it didn't work for me ^ I just reached level 10 and I have every other showcase but artwork. I looked at my friends and artwork is the only one I seem to be missing.

i got a friend lvl 21 who has artwork showcase, and i have lvl 20... wth.. where's my artwork showcase!!

When uploading a picture, you have to remember to set it as Public, not private or friends only.

I never uploaded artwork and had this showcase option it all the time, and since dunno, a few weeks? - it's not there anymore.
It also wouldn't make sense to hide it if you don't have artwork uploaded, because then people wouldn't easily know it exists.

I see APP-ID 767 is that of 'Steam Artwork'

Well im pretty scared by uploading something i didnt make to my profile. Its annoying its the only way but steams have some rules about so i hope i wont get a ban.
