How to make a Steam Support Ticket?

I simply need help to make a Steam Support Ticket.

Yeah, thanks for the link guys, but yeah, where did you find that? It's under Home-->Ask a Question (when I follow the link provided), but from 'Home' I can't find anywhere to 'Ask a Question'. I thought creating a ticket would be pretty simple, but I ended up having to find a link in a forum thread. Weird... Unless I'm being retarded which is always a possibility :-P

You cannot use your Steam login. You have to create a new accoutn for Steam Support.

Your password is wrong because you're trying to use your Steam password. Don't do that.

I go to the link mention https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php. I put in the game, and fill out "what type of issue you are having:" But then there is no where to actually write down or send a ticket. It just sends me to the steam community page. Which isn't helpful at all for my issue.

Same ♥♥♥♥. Steam has the worst support i've ever seen. Been trying to send a ticket for 5 hours now.

At the link above I can't create a ticket, I can start step 1 but there is no button to proceed, to the next step! Tried both in edge and firefox.

My issue is that I haven't been able to make a purchase for several days, I only get a "your purchase was not able to start" no failure code or anything to let me know what the problem is.

Steam must have the worst support ever.

OK got it to work, switched to english, don't know if that had anything to do with it, and also had to press enter in the first box, i.e where it asks for product like steam or a game etc.
