I know the steam to take screenshot of the F12 has a key to record video too or not?? it indicates not have a program so I can record a departure from dota 2

Or you can use a program called FRAPS, which isn't exactly free, but I'm sure almost all PC'ers on Youtube use.

You can also use Evolve (even that i am unsure how there are these days)

And if you have Navida look up the Shodow play that allows to record as well
