Unable to activate Tiny Tina DLC

I have a season pass and on the Tiny Tina DLC page it says that I own this DLC, but I cannot access the content. What am I doing wrong?

Restart Steam if you haven't already. Should fix it for you.

And you're sure that the fast travel destination isn't there? That list is a mess so check it twice.

I've checked the list 7 times. But I'll restart Steam again and hope that works. Thanks!
