Uncut Steam Keys
Can somebody tell me what a Uncut steam key means? Is it save to buy it in the Netherlands, can i unlock it in the netherlands? Some people say you cant open it on steam! So what does it mean?

Uncut would mean that it isn't censored. It has all the violance and language that the developers intended.

It would depend on the game and what region the key was originaly intended for. I would suggest buying it from the official Steam store or another know brand site, not form a shady key dealer.

If they feel a need to advertise it as "uncut" that is a bad sign.

And why is isnt save to buy it form a shady key dealer, And why it is a bad sign to advertise it uncut? The game is btw Call of Duty MW3!

They may have bought the keys using stolen funds or fake credit cards. If these keys are revoked by the publishers if the money turns out to be bad, then anyone who bought them would be unable to play anymore.

how is that our fault that they have bought keys illegaly sorry but its not our responsibility

The reason why the ability to play those games would be revoked is that if the keys were bought through fraudulent methods then no-one actually paid the publishers for that key. The fraudulent man used stolen details or issued a chargeback once getting the key.

In other words, the key ended up in illegal limbo and is deactivated.
