Okay can I take this back [A very displeased call of duty black ops 2 customer]
Okay here's the deal, I got call of duty black ops 2 for Christmas and was completely excited to start playing, well I don't know if this is activisions fault or steams and at this point I really don't care all I want to know is can I take the game back to Wal-Mart and get my money back I've contacted activision support and they said to contact the retailer I bought it from now here's the part I'm asking the question I put in the code and it installed the game but when I try to launch it just freezes up I've tried every means to get it to work but nothing has helped now reason I'm wondering since you don't technically even need the disc anymore on games to play in steam can I take it back or do I have to go through steam?

Ive tried just about everything, and at this point im tired of messing with it. I just wanna get my money back and go find something else to play im done with activision

Then you will need to contact Support. Keep in mind chances of getting a refund are low.

I wouldn't blame Activision since you didn't meet the sytem requirements in the first place. Just because others have gotten it to work, does not mean everyone can. Intel HD has never been known as a gaming card either.
I already have and they said contact the retail store I bought it from

Ya, sorry, forgot about that. :-P

My other post still stands then. Walmart won't give you a refund for opened software.
Well im still gonna try and see if walmart will do anything, I mean come on by the time I get around to replacing the video card in this thing, call of duty black ops 2 will be a long forgotten memory. and it was a gift so maybe they can do something.....

Then I wish you luck.
All that stuff just popped up one day idk what happened it started at 1 hour then went to that with some achievments unlocked then just stopped after I changed my steam password one day
uh...how would I find that would it be listed under system information?
Are you using a laptop?
yea
Asus Q500A
Any info as to what part it should be listed under cause when I enter it into the search it says "no matches found"?
is there a way to add a CPI slot or anything?
dang it >.<

Refunds would have to be given by the place you made your purchase (Walmart), not Steam. Since there are no refunds for opened software, you are stuck with the game. That said, Steam games are not tied to any particular computer, so you can still play the game on another computer that is compatible with the game. Your game will still be there when you eventually get another computer. My advice would be to avoid Intel graphics in the future as they provide little to no support.
