Problems with Payment
Got a reply on a ticket just now they said:

"Hello,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing issues with our payment processor.

Your transaction was reported to us as failed; however, we are actively investigating this issue."

Just wanted to give everybody a heads up, they are fixing it!

Yea my order was cancelled and said the card was declined. I just checked my account and I have enough, so I'm glad to hear it's not just me.

Is this for one particular payment method (VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, etc.) or all of them?

Depends on when the issue was cought, time zone and located. It can take a fair amount of time when dealing with multiple systems spanding severl companies. It can take days just to find out a plug wasn't fully in.

Well i used IDEAL on the payments i made, so far every dutch guy that used ideal had this problem: money was drawn from the bank, but steam said it failed to confirm, thats all i know.

Going by the OP and the other thread (and the fact I bought a game with no issues), I would guess that it is an issue with who ever collects the payments for Steam in the EU.

Just hope it doesn't have anything to do with the DOJ shutting down the Liberty Reserve yesterday...

Not yet...I'm waiting too.
Haven't heard anything yet guys, but i tried to pay with ideal yesterday evening, but it said ideal was out because of an isue. I guess they are taking time to fix it?
