Report a translation problem
If it has any dashes in it make sure you type those in, too.
Finally, make sure you don't have any blank spaces before or after your code as that could cause Steam to call it invalid, too.
Have you waited a couple of hours without typing in the code yet? If not, wait a couple of hours and try again then.
If so, or if you're still having problems after waiting a couple of hours, log out of Steam and log back in again. Then try activating your code.
If you are STILL having problems, I'd suggest you contact Steam Support about this. Steam Support requires an account that is DIFFERENT to your Steam Account, so if you don't have a Steam Support account you'll need to create one. https://support.steampowered.com/register
Once you have your Steam Support account, you'll need to create a new ticket: https://support.steampowered.com/newticket.php
Make sure you show photographic proof of your Steam Wallet code receipt, making sure to write your Support Ticket number on the receipt (You'll need to create your ticket to get your Ticket number and then add to your ticket with the photo afterwards).
Sounds like you got scammed.
Don't buy such things from unauthorized resellers.
Some times they will, some times they won't. The are not officialy sold in the Philipines. The only way they can get them is buying them elswhere and re-selling them. That means the card is already activated before they even sell it to you. There is a lot of potental for the card to have been used, or for the card to not have been properly activated.
Unforunetly, Support will most likely be unable to assist you with this issue. The card was bought in a grey market, not an authorized retailer.
Contact support anyways, if there is even a small chance, they are the only ones who can assist you.
