I think M (mobile) is a laptop. Apparently chip has "built in overclocking" whatever that means. CPU graphics might be Intel® HD Graphics 4000.

Model usualy contains more then that. I need to know so I can look it up. Maybe you can post a link to it from the asus site.

99% of laptops can not be upgraded. There are a few that can, but it is expensive to do so.
