Can't buy from community market?

It says that that i am not allowed to purchase either cuz the market is disabled or my account is restricted from purchasing stuff. Also why does steam always check for a verification code whenever I log in even though i still use the same computer.

It doesn't look like you own any games on Steam, that'd be the reason why.

DOTA2 will be a f2p games on release. It does not count as a purchased game. The $30 one you see in the store? You are buying items with that one and getting beta access with it.

You need to spend money for it to count.

Either a cheap game, TF2 or DOTA2 item form the stores. Not the market.

That would be the other requirement.

A purchase made between 30 and 365 days ago.
