I do have but first be sure to take out any Privet info (Name, card number, all that..)
And you can just upload it to a hosting site and share a link

Ok did you try to talk to your credit card company to see what they say in there side?
These uselly mean something abut buying with that card on Steam is block or there is no cash on it to do so
