[RESOLVED] Steam servers are too busy. Error code (37)
For almost a week I have been unable to play Company of Heroes 2. When I click "Play", it start an installation, stalls at 2%, then gives me this error message "Steam servers are too busy. Error code (37)". Surely Steam hasn't been inaccessible that long (with no one else mentioning it), so I assume the problem is on my end.

I verified the integrity of the game cache, and don't know what else to do. Please help.

Edit: Can anyone confirm that they are or are not able to download content through Steam right now?

[RESOLVED] Since I looked all over and found no solution, I will post the fix for anyone else who has this problem.

This is actually a UAC problem. Exit Steam and run it as Admin and it will work again. Very misleading error message...
