Game server browser problems

So I'm trying to play on my Ark Survival Evolved server right? I follow Nitrado's guide to add the server to my favorites in the Steam Server browser.

In the guide it says not to connect in the server browser itself, just to add it to your favorites because it will time out and fail to connect if you have mods on your server.

But here's the problem. You can't just add a server to your favorites on steam anymore. Now when you put in the address to do so it will try to connect to the server right then instead of just adding it to the list of favorite servers. So when it inevitably times out because you have mods installed on the server it won't add it to your favorites.

No problem right? I'll just search for my server in the Internet tab. Problem solved.

THE REFRESH BUTTON IS GONE.

I've been dealing with this for five hours now. :( is there any way I can fix this?

Sounds like done on purpose, ask own game devs then. or read own game forum there.

Refresh button isn't gone. There's a toolbar at the bottom of the server browser. You will have to move the toolbar all the way to the right to see it.

Maintenance Tuesdays on steam can cause issues like this.

This! You can click and drag the bar to the right or just hold SHIFT and scroll down.

It was patched in the beta. So the fix will come when the mainline branch is updated next.
