No sound on Steam program but work fine in-game

Since past 3-4 days ago or so, I no longer have sound in Steam program (windows 11), be it in the store page videos or the community youtube videos, however all game have sound just fine, the windows sound mixer isn't muted, steam videos volume is at max.

If i use steam through a browser, there sound works fine.

So this is an isolated issue to the program itself, and I realy have no clue what may be causing it, any suggestions?

This might not do anything at all, but one thing I'd try is having Steam try to play audio and then going into the volume mixer (double clicking) and changing the volume and then changing it back for Steam specifically.

Turn off Spatial sound and see if that works. I heard it sometimes bugs out alot with newer games.

Thanks, that sugestion helped find the issue, which was Steam Client Webhelper was muted, and it only apear on the Mixer if I actualy did it while playing a video.

For 3 months I have been trying to my sound to work in steam app. It was the steam client webhelper muted as well. ty so much
