I tried to check my accout to r6s stats, It can't find now.
I contacted ubi... but they said they can't find my account...
So I try to contact to ubi... but I don't know It can find...

These little b!tc0!n faqq0ts are the ones doing it.
People are weak. They like to blame others for their own mistakes, or find a scapegoat to do it. it happens all the time with government officials. No one takes omission for their own faults and mistakes. It is a moral called humility that not many people have nowadays. One must be humble to understand the world, but many people lack this moral.
Ubisoft response after 4 a 5 weeks.
When they send you a message give much information and screenshots with proof as possible.
After that mail they response quickly in the same day.
I always keep my orders in my mails, so I found my recipe order from years ago and send that to them as proof that it is my account.
They send me a code and a reset password.
I must also use another email account, luckly I have 2 email accounts.
After that it is restored :)
-I sent them screenshots
-I sent them even videos showing them I was the owner of the hacked account
-They can see the logs of the russian hacker IP and how he gained access
Even worst: I had 2FA active, the only way a hacker could gain access was with my 2FA which I have on my phone. The account has purchase history of my country, etc.
But there is no other support channel: no phone, no live chat, only their stupid form which leads to no where. This is the most unprofessional support I have even seen in my entire life.

We checked your account information as well as the information provided on this case and we do not have enough information to verify you as the account owner, we know this is not the outcome you were expecting and we are sorry about that, thanks for understanding. Since we cannot verify you are the real owner of the account we won't be able to continue helping you on your request, therefore this case will be closed. Take into account you can reopen it anytime if needed. "
They have told me this 3 times, I have provided more than enough proof my account was hacked, dude! those MF should be the firsts to been alerted and put us on advice since we have 2FA active, my phone was active, my access codes were generated, we complied with all their security measures, the least you can expect if someone breaches those is some decent help. But no...we wont get any
This is because people can lie about stealing other people's accounts. People do it all the time on steam, and other sites. So they do not know if your the actual owner of the account or someone pretending to be the owner. If anything, this is not ubisoft's fault, but the scammers who do this on every site that is causing this. This is why no one can have nice things. Scammers ruined it for everyone. Just look how many posts there are about people being phished or hacked as they call it.
