I ordered two steam decks for my two boys Christmas present on 7th November and have had no updates, no replies to my support requests. Is there a problem that anyone knows about? It’s their main present and I am running out of time. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

Was there a time when you purchased it like expected delivery. Steam is in the US?
Whats your country? Buy it in your country Christmas time heavy traffic time expect delays.

Do you have the email? Steam was supposed to send you tracking numbers for the packages, or whatever company you use in your country. I suggest calling them with your order number and find out.
