Got a new headset, sound quality is wonderful except on pc.
So I got a new Turtle beach gaming headset from Walmart, It has wonderful sound quality on my switch 2, and mp3 player, but it just does not sound good on pc. I have dried changing the format and sterio/mono, and nothing seems to help.

What part of it is 'bad'? Is it clipping? or is the volume low?
It sounds like I only have one ear in, I checked there are no loose wires, and the 3.5mm jack is in all of the way. As I said in the main post it works well on other devices.

sounds like the jack itself might be bad. have you tried some othe rheadphones to check if the jack might be broken in some way
I did work around with the sound settings, and found that there was a program that was doing weird things to to audio, so I adjusted some settings in it and it sounds much better. I have been having some problems with some of the other ports, so I am looking into getting them replaced.

I find most audio 'enhancement' programs do basically the opposite of what they claim
