Is really 28 Gb i pr ordered and i live in a 3rd world country , the internet is horrible . so i just want to make sure thats its really 28 gb

Can't comment on the exact size, but generally yes, it's a next gen game so it's going to be something like that.

It's one of the reasons I like to get physical copies.

In essence, yes. Graphical assets have always taken a vast amount of storage data.

As we're entering another generation, of course this is going to jump again.
