Activation key for Far cry 6

Uninstall any versions of Uplay or Ubisoft Connect you have installed on your PC, then go to https://ubisoftconnect.com/ and click 'download for PC', install, reboot and relaunch Far Cry.

Edit: 3 days with this same issue, but at this very moment, my game suddenly started, and linked to Ubisoft Connect. No response from Ubi support, not sure if it was their doing.

Nevermind, a guy went through my computer it just doesn't work at all. Not that it's glitchy, it doesn't work. If anyone else has this and tried everything, delete, refund, and buy it from steam. The game was opening up other applications for me, if you see this, you are having the problem I had.

I had no issues having it log into the correct Ubisoft Connect account, asking if I want the game linked nor playing the game itself.

What other applications ? That seems very odd, and there issue might be elsewhere in your PC.

Have you scanned your PC for any infections lately ?

Anyone that found a fix for this?

Everytime i start the game ubisoft tells me to activate the cd key, tried clear cache, re-install farcry, ubisoft and steam and that have not fix the issue.

Conntacted ubisoft support and they ask me to send picture of my steam name, my purchase and game log and after that it all went silent.

Bought the game in december, and now i actually have time to play this ♥♥♥♥ is happening...

Yea I got the same problem as u Sprinxy, bought it last year and now asks for CD Key...

Nvm, it worked after doing this in the following sequence:

Install the game on Steam
Launch the game, get CD Key prompt from Ubisoft Launcher
Delete the Ubisoft Launcher, download and install latest version
Open Ubisoft Launcher and start game from Steam
