That's not the part Valve is protecting. And the vast majority of the funds use for the purchase had been on various Steam accounts getting moved from one account to the other and not freshly added money.
I haven't had to top up in years and I've sold/purchased thousands of items and still have earned over $1k on my account.
Plus I don't understand the consistency here, like i've sold some items couple days ago cheaper /around 40-50 cents cheaper/ and it had no issue. Then i sell something 1 cents cheaper and it happens. What's the algorithm here at all, lol?
It's a ridiculous process that applies to every item I put at a cheaper price.
Just be mad at the right people. It ain't Valve...
