paypal payment bugged?

whenever i try to complete a purchase with paypal the login window opens, i enter my account details, click login, it then loads for like 2 seconds just for the window to turn white with the only option being the X leading to a "failed to authorize" error...
any way to fix this on my end or did valve just f*ck up their store (again)?
(for clarification, paypal works perfectly fine everywhere else, just tested that before posting here)

ok, as a little update, got it to work with deleting the steam browser cache, at least for one purchase, tried placing another one for testing purposes lead to the same error as before so yea, valve, please get your together -.-

It's not a case of them getting their stuff together - they have. That's why the option exists.

The thing to remember is that when you do ANYTHING online you will get errors as that's how it works. That cache will pick up problems over time. So they gave you the option to delete that cache and clear it. That's what you're suppsoed to do.

At least you know know what to do in the future. I've had it a few times too.

Well, if it doesn't work in Steam app, try it in your browser. That's the best advice I can give you.

umm yea, i as a customer should have to clear the cache that obviously is malfunctioning, myself after every single transaction?
