Need some assistance with contacting developers at Valve.
Anyone got any ideas on how to contact the Developers on an account situation that was placed by them by mistake related to Valve?

I tried Steam support to contact the devs through their game section (didn't work)

I tried emailing them on their website and the people on their website relevant in that domain.

I tried contacting external emails linked to @valvesoftware.com too.

Does anyone else have any ideas?

I could try and contact them via phone but I'm from the UK so that would cost me per minute to do a voice communication call.

A Game Ban implementation. I know that they rarely if not ever make mistakes and that the information can be found relevant in the info tab next to the profile. However they made a mistake and banned me based on IP data. It's because apprantly other accounts were cheating on an IP I was using. I can confirm this with my last contact which was with a person called Kal at Valve. He assisted me for a bit but I wasn't able to fully communicate with him.

Well I'll try and keep it short for you to not take too much of your time.

I originally tried contacting support when it was first disclosed onto my account X_CryStar_X

They cannot help me with this regard as they only enforce what has been said by the developers. They pinpointed to me the necessary information and couldn't help me further (Info on game bans). I supplied them with everything I was doing at the time and IP I was connected to and file screenshots of my device etc.

So I searched online and I found a section called "Counter Strike Source" This section had a I've been game banned vac banned section which allowed you to communicate with them directly. So I initiated conversation and explained what was going on briefly as I didn't know what was happening.

I don't know if im allowed to disclose the conversations said in a discussion channel so Ill say it that wasn't in detail or context to it. It involves other individuals and I do not wish to legally disclose this here.

This is how Kal and I got into contact. After a bit he only explained why it was enforced and didn't look nor read at the information provided.

I got accused of breaking their SSA and ToS only because of an IP link.

That's what happened so far. Then the conversation was closed and my account as of now X_CryStar_X cannot write further tickets until September the 1st 2024.

It's quite frustrating for me and I'm trying with everything I can work with here and online.

so basically you cannot accept that they won't do anything (not even for a special snowflake like YOU) and seek out other ways to harass them further.. really really brilliant idea.

The comment above isn't necessary. This is a genuine discussion and I'm trying to seek assistance.
That's why I'm seeking assistance and heavily confused. That's what a person call Kal Stated to me at Valve and that was a while ago.
I'm sure there is more to the story, as there usually is. This forum is just a user forum, so no one from Support will answer you here. If Support is already no longer communicating with you about the ban, then you've reached the limit of your options. There is no hidden magical option that removes the ban.

From what you have said, they know and are unwilling to do anything about it.

You also stated they have suspended your other account's ability to submit a tickets over the issue.

They have clearly given their answer already. Continuing to push will not end well.

You already know the only ways to contact support/Valve on the matter. There really is no other way to do so.
Okay. It just seems seriously unfair. Maybe they might fix it later on maybe? Just a shame as it classes me as a cheater when I never used any of the sorts. But yeah your right. I guess they seriously won't do anything about it.
If they had to go as far as suspending your account's ability to create tickets, there doesn't seem to be anything that's "broken" about the ban they issued.
