HALUUU HALUU! Am I able to play my downloaded offline games in steam without internet connection?

You still have to run Steam for most games, but it doesn't have to be connected to the internet.

When using Steam, upper left corner: Steam > Go Off-line. This lets you run Steam in off-line mode. You can disconnect your computer from the internet and play games that don't require internet access just fine.

Launch every game once, exit them then switch to offline mode.

Note: Any game requiring Steam to be online will ask you to log in and connect.

Pro tip: don't mix concepts. "Playing Steam games offline" and "playing Steam games sans Steam" are two different concepts.

The majority of games can be played offline, but some require an internet and Steam connection to function.
