That's a scam

But how did they access your account or your PC?
They can't just delete your games...

Phishing or malware. Pick your poison, via one of those you gave away your login credentials and they got access to your account.

It is clear to me that the email you received is not Valve, but they do have your email.
So you have given that to them at some point, somehow.

Secondly they have other stuff about your Steam account, which means they may have had access to your Steam account.
Free games can be removed from your Steam Library (the license can be revoked)
You can return the game though and continue playing.

However I recommend changing your password immediately and reset all your steam guard authenticated deviced.
Also make sure no API access was given to anything.

Thirdly check your computer for any remote access tools (Remote Desktop, AnyDesk, etc.) remove those
Scan with Malwarebytes your PC for virusses.

Reset your email password as well; no clue if they have access to this, but they could use your email to get your steam account again. You have to prevent that.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)

If you dont have access to your account, follow this guide to recover it.

If by link you mean you had to enter your Steam login details, including your steamguard code then yes that's most likely where you gave your details away.
The solution is Unlink them after visiting their site?

How did you lose 1k? your CS2 inventory was very small, 90 hours played.
Your Dota2 inventory was also very low, if you really lost anything, it is around 10$ not 1k.

It is. All third party trading/gambling/giveaway sites are varying degrees of scam. Keep all your Steam trading activity on Steam, and don't use your Steam login for any third party sites at all.

Meanwhile, follow these steps to resecure your account.
