You just said 105 is the maximum and the temperatures you've listed are below the maximum.

yes my question was regarding the levels, 80+ degree is a lil higher, is a laptop tho, but i doubt its ok to run it 10h a day at that temp, thats why i asked, i wish to know how others cpus behave on laptops of some people gaamign here, wich temps they have, so i can compare
Laptops aren't intended for prolonged full power stress use. I recommend letting it cool down every 2-3 hours.

This. If your using a laptop for gaming, they are not made for gaming. In the future, consider getting a Desktop gaming pc. After all, until laptops can be on for about 24 hours with benchmarked would i consider them good for modern gaming. Until then, stick with desktop pc's. Use your laptop for school, and work, and maybe some older games from 2010 and older to make sure your laptop does not overheat too much.

Except for all those laptops sold as gaming laptops.

Did you read the article I linked to? AMD are saying your CPU is designed to run hot, they mention 90 as being expected behaviour. Even if you exceed maximum temp all that'll happen is the CPU will throttle it's speed until it cools down below it again. It's not going to materially affect the life of the CPU.

I've been using gaming laptops since 2008 and never had any issues with them. My toshiba qosmio died after 15 years, my old msi died after 13 years and currently using a lenovo legion pro. No issues for extended gaming sessions of over 6 hours.
OP all you need to know is 100c, or higher = bad, and below 100c = good

Simple enough right?

Any other question?

Heating then cooling components every few hours is literally the worst thing you can do. As long as you're below TJMax a laptop will be fine running full power 24/7.
