Cause: An unauthorized person could have access to this account.

But no one in the account history received access, the error occurs after playing CS2

did you get an account alert? if no, then its not your accounts, not your problems. it is the account owners responsibility to keep their account secured.

if you did get an alert, secure your account or do an account recovery if needed.

A community ban would ban you from all community aspects on Steam. You wouldn't even be able to post here.

Your account has been restricted due to suspicions activity on the account. Even if you are sure it isn't hijacked, it is still a good idea to take measure, just in case. Doesn't hurt to deauthorize other devices and change your password. Such precautions will only ever help you.
