Source SDK: errors everywhere, why?

everytime i open the hammer editor and attempt to open a map, i always get these errors:

"Failed to load the default scheme file. the map views may be missing some visual elements."

"Model models/props_interiors/lights_florescent01a.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded" and sometimes slightly different models

i've tried reinstalling my games on the steampipe system, ive ran them all at least once, ive refreshed all the SDK content, reset all the game configurations, it has done nothing to fix the problem.


anyone know how to fix this?

SDK launcher is broken, valve isn't fixing it any time soon. Use the tool and guide I made instead http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=198444877
