hi guys, so my friend gave me Dragon Ball FighterZ today during the 90% off but the game isnt in my account, i accepted it everytime i try to accept it again with my email it doesnt work. I dont know whats going on

Have you changed your name recently? There is a cooldown on it when you do. Not sure if this effects gifts, but it might. Also, did your friend or you do alot of gifting? There is a lock on accounts that do it too much as apparently it is to prevent scammers for money laundering or bypassing regional restrictions.
