Cant Verify A Credit Card

I have successfully topped up my steam account balance, however for the past 2 weeks I have been locked out of the market for 3 days to verify my credit card. I tried to verify my credit card but the error "Steam was unable to lookup information about your account. Try again later" always occurs. What should I do now? This has never happened to me before.

Call or visit your bank you use and ask them for information about your credit card. Ask them to help you.
