It won't let me look at mature content

I added a credit card i don't get why it wont let me view certain games

Did you activate those games to appear in your store preferences?
Its off by default. You have to activate "Adult sexual content" in the settings for those games to appear on the store for your account.

Make sure it is an actual credit card and not just a debit card.

Because minors can get debit cards.

Also because steam does not want to bother implementing alternative (more invasive) forms of verification.

Then contact your government about it. Because Valve is known for always doing the bare minimum required.

Yep. Blame your government. Write them a letter and be proactive. Sitting here on your butt and doing nothing is not going to do anything. When i was displeased with a name of a park, i wrote to my government official. They changed the name of the park years later due to my and many other complaints about it. So writing does have effect. Just don't be lazy and write whats the use.
