1. Download Ubisoft connect, they changed their client.

2. Login to your Ubisoft account that has been used to linked to your Ubisoft game.

That basically it, so either ensure you're using latest correct client, and ensure you're on the correct Ubisoft account, there are no game transfering for ubisoft accounts that why pay attention which Ubisoft account you login to if you have multiple account from Ubisoft.

Have to ensure usiing EXACT same accounts you had linked for your ubisoft games, or else if you use another Steam or Ubisoft account it WILL keep asking for a key until you use the correct account. Ubisoft support can verify your account to ensure if the account has been used for your steam account, or were using wrong account,

If you want I suggest verify file, or redownload game. Also run the game from Steam client, don't go running game .exe, you want to manually launch from steam client, as ubisoft games can ask for key that way if trying to run .exe directly instead of using client.

yeah been trying to play AC3 for months and cause its on a "deleted" ubisoft account i cant play it anymore cause cause theres no CD key anymore and thinks i dont own it when i bought it on steam

Just to understand you deleted your ubisoft account? Then yeah that a problem.

All can do is see what ubisoft support can do if they can move your key to your existing ubisoft account, best of luck.

Even if you had the key, it is considered used and can not be re-used.

When you delete your Ubisoft account, you lose all the purchases you had redeemed and that includes games you purchased and liked to it through Steam.
