How do I get the old UI back or go back to a previous version of steam?

I honestly dislike the new UI a frick ton.

I hate the resize. I like to put my steam window to the side of OBS so I can read steam and see my recording is working. But the resize forces me to scoot half the steam window off the monitor. There is nothing in the section I scoot off the monitor either. Why did steam force us to use empty space in it's window?

Im actualy testing something i already reverted back before this update and i have the UI and Skins ect but i need to investigate more to provide a fresh package

Like remove some file and replace with thes ones but for now im investigate and building a tutorial
