Is the option to add it to your library available?
If that's the case, you have 2 possibilities:
1) add to your library, download and install it
2) trade it to the collectionists out there who will be glad to offer much more what you paid for it, since the game is no longer availble on steam
The second option is far more profitable :)
That part is completely false. Anyone who bought the game before it was removed from the store will still be able to download and play it.
They have stopped selling it. Any that have been purchased are fair game. You can activate that copy at any time and get the game.
Those who already have the game still get to keep it, download it and play it. It was not removed from anyone's account.
