People keep saying since its not .com its a scam, yet I would love it not to be. Look at it, it looks legit. Yet Im unsure, is it safe?

I went and used my locked up browser just to be sure no crap comes in, anyway:
They have a terms of service, how professional...

The site they refer to in their fake ToS looks like a scammy xbox marketplace copy.

Yeah, it's a scam alright. Seems they were stupid or cocky enough to refer to their other scamsite or even copied it off another scamsite. I don't think Microsoft would allow anyone to use the name xbox in any way shape or form. Not even for a box shaped as an X.

I wish that site would get taken down, it might just hurt the good name of the .com site that actually does give stuff.
