Should i just delete my account with a backlog of games?
I have to many games buying on sales and never actually playing them or getting close to finish. I started collecting epic games free games 4 years ago when they came out and just started collecting since i have atleaste 600 games on that account. Should i just delete the account and start over?

Why? Just remove yourself from the expectation to play all those games.
I have like 4300 games on Steam alone, a few hundred on EPIC, EA PLAY, GOG, PSN, XBOX LIVE and so on from over the years.
Plus a few thousand extra games from Steam Family Share.

I LONG ago made my peace with never being able to play all those games in my lifetime.
Now i just play what i feel like playing, often even replaying older games because i want to.
Games are supposed to be FUN, if you look at your backlog with the mindset of " how can i play all those games??" it turns into work, the opposite of what they are for.

Just keep the account, maybe someday you want to play a specific game you have on that account and then you are glad you dont have to buy it again on another one.

But you have to get away from the " i have to play all this!" mindset.
If you play them at some time in the future, great! If not, thats just as fine.
No. Delete your account and never start over.
If you have more fun choosing and buying games than playing them, sure, pay for your favourite hobby. But wouldn’t it be a shame to just nuke the acc? Turn it into charity, share the library, but only with someone who does deserve.
