Report a translation problem
Once you exit from the game after removing those files, that will probably also clear the Cloud files.

Most likely your old saves used some mods. Whenever you remove mods from skyrim, it always corrupts the save games. Same thing happens on other games too. I know from experience this always happens.
That should remove those files from the Cloud.
Delete the local save files.
Start a new game and make a new save file.
Exit the game enable cloud save and restart the game.
You should get a popup for which save to use.
Be sure to select the local save file option.
This should overwrite the cloud save files.
