WhereisBusmin is right on here...I found this...hope it helps....there maybe are other "fixes" but not sure...

EDIT...I removed the link because it was for a torrent that has an "update" for the game and I do not want to break forum rules here or contribute to torrented content but maybe there is another fix...

If the game requires 64 bit OS then it most likely does not matter where you get it from....google the problem and see if there is a work around for 32 bit OS...don't give up so easily

The system requirements aren't going to change based off of where you purchase it. There appear to be fixes out there for this 32-bit situation you're in (as The Giving One mentioned)... try taking a look around... maybe in the Far Cry 4 game hub discussions and guides page?
