Metro 2033 Redux Chapter 6 "Dungeon" Game Breaking Glitch

When I get to the last part of this level after I fight off the three mutant rushes I can't proceed through the doors because every NPC freezes in place. Same issue here. Finish off the hordes of Nossalis and the group of Rangers say to get out of there quick. Get down the hall to the left to the "blast doors" and everyone just stands around.

[EDIT] Restarted the game, went into chapters and selected to start that section from the begining. This time went through OK.

Are you sure you're not forgetting anything? It all went well for me, and I don't quite remember but some parts you have to activate open it for yourself...
