Double Charge
Anyone have any ideas why steam is messing up majorly today? I got charged twice for an order making me go from four games to eight games... Anyone ever been able to get their money back from a double charge?

If you only got the one set, then the other is a hold by the bank for a failed first charge. Holds typicaly get removed after 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.

I got both sets of games..2x Salt 2xMars Colony 2xDeadState 2xHomeBrew. When it should of only be a single set of the four games.

Contact support and explain what happened to them.

I can't guarantee a refund as I don't work for Valve, but they are the only ones who can help you if a refund is possible.

Worst case you can gift them for Christmas or trade them latter on.

As far as I can tell, support is up and working. It may take a few weeks for them to get back to you though, as they are experiencing high ticket volumes.

Any ideas why i'm receiving "Help Desk Error" saying that the servers are under maintenance?

I don't have a support account so I couldn't attempt to log-in.

Give it a few hours and try again. They may be updating their system.
