I just noticed I had the Logitech Download Assistant on my computer, and it's tide to Rundll32.exe -file
I don't have any Logitech's products installed on my computer, but I know the Rundll32.exe is important for my computer's sake, so I cannot delete it.

Well, I have the Startup Manager program provided by IObit, and noticed few files running on my computer, eating memory.

The files are Windows Host Process files called Logitech Download Assistant and Cmaudio8788, but they are part of the Rundll32.exe -file, so I didn't remove them from running.

So I'd like to know is it safe to shut them down.

I would uninstall both startup manager and logitech download assistant if it was me...not just "disable" them...junk programs just slow down things...You can manage your own startup using msconfig command in the search box
