Comes with 3 CD keys, 1 of them doesn't work. I assume it's the CD key for the "Digital Deluxe Edition" content (as it's called "Digital Deluxe Game Key").
I paid for a "Digital Deluxe Edition", I didn't get any of the advertised DLC so I'd like a working CD key or a refund.
I'm not sure why I'm still paying for single-player games if this is the treatment I get, lol.
This. It has to be said that Support are pretty slow - and they're getting progressively slower as more and more people fall for phishing links - but you should still wait for them. An unauthorised chargeback won't stop you playing stuff but it will lock pretty much every other aspect of your account for a whole 9 weeks... yeah, 9 weeks. Be patient and I hope they get you sorted.
Keep in mind that support staff does not read the discussion hub. Only voluntary moderators are present here.

I've tried that, the only way to contact their customer support is with an Origin account, if I wanted an Origin account then I would have bought Mass Effect on Origin.
Steam is the retailer I purchased the game from, at least here in the UK it's their job to provide me with what I paid for. If they're unable to then I'll have my money back.
Good luck getting your money back as you essentially got what you paid for. The game and the keys to activate bonus content from a third party. Essentially that content is also already on your disk, waiting for activation.
At least you get everything with a single download, i got it from Origin back then, due to a small error on their site they had an 100% discount instead of 10%. I have to download and install each DLC separately. That are 21 DLCs and 5.6GB of data currently.

While logged into the Bioware website it says I have no Origin ID attached to my Bioware account.
As I said though, Steam is the retailer I purchased the game from, at least here in the UK it's their job to provide me with what I paid for. If they're unable to then I'll have my money back.

No I haven't, as I understand the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as I purchased something from a company after the 1st of January 1894 they have to provide me with a working version of what was advertised. I can't currently make use of any of the advertised DLC I purchased because of a faulty key, so it's up to Steam to fix it or refund me my money.
I did that, 2/3 of the CD keys worked, 1 didn't, as I've explained multiple times now. :3
Under the Sale of Goods Act of 1979 Steam is welcome to blame whoever they want but it's their job to provide me with a working version of what I paid for, so far they have not.
Going out to dinner now, so I wont be able to reply for a while.
